2010 Booth/Sponsorship Exhibitor Reservation 

Please fill out the form below to request a booth reservation. The rate is $4000 per single booth (6'x8'). Booths have complete services including decorations and at-show marketing.

The complete package of services provided in booth rental include:

  • Pre-show services: free show tickets to invite customers and prospects to join you; listing in the pre-conference promotional brochure.

  • At-show services: complete decoration services, including hotel carpeting, curtain backwall, side dividers, draped table, chairs, sign, waste basket; show directory listing.

  • Post-show services: show attendee mailing list.

THIS IS A NON-BINDING COMMITMENT. YOUR SPACE WILL BE HELD 30 DAYS SUBJECT TO YOUR FINAL APPROVAL.
