Community and Ecosystem Building
Lighthouse Partners works with innovators to help them grow their business leveraging communities and ecosystems. We have substantial experience of leveraging existing industry communities, such as the Hyperledger Foundation, Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and the annual SXSW event. In addition, we have created dedicated groups to accelerate and deepen high-touch engagement with prospects, customers, and partners.
Dedicated community efforts might include web hubs, Slack and Farcaster groups, webinar and in-person meetups or focused conferences and symposia to include clients and ecosystem partners.
Some activities would be to:
-
Determine approaches (likely aligned to thought leadership) to engage collectively with customers and partners to amplify messaging and expand influence.
-
Research participation in and engage with existing organizations and communities to raise the visibility and establish a thought leadership role.
-
Potentially establish and lead a dedicated community/ecosystem by recruiting partners and participants to add their support to advocacy positions.
An example of a dedicated community led by Lighthouse Partners is the Austin Blockchain Collective, a grass-roots community that grew to include around 120 corporate members, fostering information sharing and collaborations, and leading to solid business opportunities for several members.
