Our Services
Working at the CxO level, our process begins with a review of the entire intellectual capital portfolio for each innovator, including their collective knowledge, skills, pedigree, reputation, capabilities (including products and IP), and customer base. We also examine the role and potential of advisors, alliances, and partners.
From this assessment, we develop a holistic approach to drive our evangelism and activities.

-
Lower the friction of attracting new customers, strategic partners, quality investment, key executives, and strengthen existing relationships.
Blueprint for Authority: How to Validate a New Market Purpose (WSBA 2016-2018)
To achieve institutional legitimacy and membership growth, the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance (WSBA) engaged Lighthouse Partners, Inc. for Business Acceleration & Growth Strategy. We built the foundation for influence and revenue growth through Strategic Advocacy & Asset Creation. Key deliverables included designing the multi-tiered Corporate Membership Program (Platinum, Gold, Silver) which drove a 900% growth rate in corporate members (from 1 to 10 in two years). We also produced the high-impact "Blockchain for Wall Street" annual education events and developed a continuous Thought Leadership Engine. This strategic focus culminated in the WSBA securing a major partnership with the AICPA, the ultimate validation of their purpose.
